I got a call from someone at FNB call center. (011 227 1000) saying that i can get a smart device.
This morning when i phoned the nr that he has given me, to find out something about the package (086 010 2970) they said they don't have any record of anyone phoning me yesterday
So please tell me if this is a and where they got my details from?? He had my ID nr, account nr, work place details, residential details...
He also said that i will received the package within 3-7 working days, but there is no record on the system of this!!
