BAD CLAIM EXPERIENCE

I registered a claim on the 09/09/2013 for floors that were damaged, i went away for almost 2 months expecting that to be enough time for the damage to be repaired .my son was handling claim in this time.
upon my return there is still no work done at my home

there has been more than 4 assessors and plumbers out approximately 10 times.

today is the 05/11/2013 and there is still no answers

i have to call in every time, nobody ever gets back to me
and the last report i received was that this was also bad workmanship for a claim i had 3 years ago

totally and utterly disgusted at the service i am receiving.
my son even said he will be cancelling his policy because of the service he received when handling claim, i think i should do the same

someone was suppose to come out today, so while waiting for this person i get a phone call to tell me he will call me when he is ready as he needs to go do something else first

extremely horrific service
