In January 2013 I registered a geyser replacement claim with our bond holder, who also provides the cover for householder insurance, and were given authority and a claim # to go ahead with the replacement of the geyser.
As I personally paid for the unit, I submitted the claim on January 25th, 2013.
To this day (5 June 2013) I am still trying to get them to do something about paying me back, all I get is e mail replies referring the matter to different people in Standard bank
