Getz involved in accident sold as DEMO

I'm financed by MFC for Getz 1.4 HS, Make: HUYNDAI, Model 2011,

Mr. Colin Smit (Seller) communicated that the motor vehicle was a DEMO (11000km), same as new and that the vehicle wasn't involved in any accidents. I found that acceptable because that was my request. I received the vehicle 14 March 2013.
I notices things in the car and outside that puzzled me and Mr Smit finally admitted after several conversations that the previous owner couldn't afford the vehicle and it is not a DEMO (date of first sale: 30 April 2011). He was unable to provide me with an answer why he. I requested not to provide me with a motor vehicle if it was involved in an accident.
The vehicle was inspected today (2 April 2013) and they found that the vehicle was indeed involved in a big accident (see attached quotation).
Furthermore I haven't received a spare key or registration for utilizing number plates till date. The expiry day is 3 April 2013. After sale service.?! According to Mr Smit', his Manager still disagree that the vehicle was not involved in an accident and they will not take the vehicle back.
