No Natis after 2 weeks

I am writing a complaint as I am fed up with the service I've received over my eNatis papers. I first requested these documents 2 weeks ago on 9 April. I still haven't received them, The service received has been very poor. I have told them on a few occassions that the dealer would be picking them up. I've also been told the papers were delivered on a certain day to find they weren't delivered. Over the last few days it's been the same story, "oh the papers will be delivered tomorrow" and they aren't.

I actually very fed up with this as this should be the easiest thing to do. How hard can it be to get one piece of paper delivered? You are actually holding up the delivery of my new vehicle. There doesn't seem to be any urgency on your side despite my being told it takes 5 working days, it's now 2 weeks later.
