No reply on my request to cancel my policy

I have been trying to get a cancellation out of Miway for several days now.
I was told that I need to give a 30 day cancellation period, which I have done. I have even sent 2 email from the website before that and had no response to the emails at all.
I was told that I would receive a cancellation letter or some sort of confirmation, I have still not received this.
