Policy Cancellation Problem

It seems like the only WAY to cancel a policy with MiWay is to get it on Hello Peter saves you from wasting time and money. I called MiWay on Wednesday 09 October 2013 to cancel my policy, I told them I got a better premium from Outsurance to that they said Outsurance has been "" their clients REALLY. I was told they'd submit a request to their Cancellations Department and their turn around time is 48 hrs. Thursday I completed a call back request on their website.. nothing.. Called on Monday, spoke to Mpumi Tshabalala if that's her real name? she gave me her word that someone from the Cancellation Department would call me before the end of the day and she'd personally call me back to check if I'd been helped.. no shocker no one called. I call again today really irritated and same thing again until I saw many reports about how MiWay ignore cancellation requests. That is no way to retain customers please find another WAY as MiWay is not working!!
