Nobody is replying on my 'Cancellation' request

I have contacted MiWay twice through their website cancellation form to cancel my insurance with them and nobody is getting back to be. The first time was 10 days ago. I have now been billed via debit order for insurance that I do not need. Could somebody please contact me!!!
