Credit card on my account within 2 weeks

I have a credit card with African Bank which I didn't't use for a longer time as I lost the card and reported it, I went to replace my card at Noord branch, their printer was not working so they went to print outside the bank for the papers I needed to sign but within 2 weeks my card had a of R4700 on the 24/07/13 and I called the customer care they told me to fax a copy of id with 6 signatures and affidavit and I did. I called to find out if they receive them and went to PTA branch to confirm then I was told the due date for investigation is 20/11/13 but when I called on 22/11/13 they told me I faxed the documents to the wrong number so they going to send it to the correct department and they will call and give me the investigator number the same day but I'm still waiting for the call, they also said its going to take about 6 weeks to ne resolved. Its been more than 3 moths and they've been sending me from pillar to post without getting help and finding a different person every-time I call, I have to repeat my story every-time. Please help me to resolve this matter, I tried to be patient but I just feel it won't me resolve this year or anytime soon. Thank you in advance

2 weeks and still no answer on credit card limit
