On the same day 22 November 2012 R1000.00 and R5000.00 was withdrawn via Easipay from my credit card. I opened a case and informed the bank delivered all the relevant documents. I called them I'm December 2012 and they had no knowledge of my case. I had to deliver the documents again and they case was apparently lodged. Last week I called the person apparently in charge of the investigation at African Bank department and he had no knowledge of my case. Today I went to the same branch again and they resent my documents once again. What am I to do. Disgusting service. Disgusting attitude to customer care. I am fed up and furious with regards to this matter!
