Second complaint of same nature -This morning I checked my FNB account online, and noticed that my account was in a minus - however the funds were still being reserved. I did not receive any notifications via sms to say that these debit orders have been through or that my account is in a minus. However I had money transferred into my bank account, to cover these expenses that FNB were reserving, so thinking that all is covered and the money has covered the negative figure in my bank account and all is okay. I get numerous sms's that debit orders have been returned!! So I log on to check my bank account and as attached, these have been rejected after money was put into my bank account to cover them. Please can I get someone to explain this, and trust me if I hear that it was a system error I am going to lose it because that is complete nonsense! All debit orders have been rejected so that you can charge me R100 for each and make MORE. For a bank that used to help people it seems that since I have moved to a platinum holder, I have had nothing but problems. Second complaint on Hello Peter about FNB and their "system".
