DISAPPOINTED AND UNHAPPY WITH MIWAY

I joined Miway Insurance about one year and six months ago and the only reason that attracted me to them was the offer of "Zero excess" they gave me. To my suprise I received an email from them saying I will now have an excess of R3300. I have never claimed with them actually I have neva claimed with any insurance company. When I called them they told me its not only me but all the zero access customers will now have to pay excess, which I know its not true as I know someone they have recently recruited on a zero access basis. Unfortunately they have left me with no option but to cancel my policy them as they cannot keep their promises. I was happy with my previous insurer and only went to Miway because of the zero excess, Now that it is not there anymore, its only fair that I leave, with disappointment thou.
