3RD PARTY CLAIM - M&F COULDNT BE BOTHERED

On 08-10-2013 on of Mutual & Federals clients drove into the back of my Vehicle, the accident was reported and a claim was lodged with M&F, the claim was then back and forth between Joburg and Cape Town, no one seemed to know anything about it. All the documentation was sent through a day after they where requested by Sarah at the Joburg branch. i finally got told that Alexia Muller at the Cape Town branch would be handling my claim. After speaking to her i had to send all the same documentation through to her as she hadnt recieved them. after a 2 week battle i finnaly got to see an assesor, then had to wait a further 2 weeks to get the outcome. to my disgust i found that M&F would not cover the full damages on my vehicle. i accepted the offer as some reimbheresment is better than nothing. i have faxed my discharge form through twice anmailed it directly to Alexia (recieving both delivered and read reports) but still no response from her. it is supposed to take 10 days to make payment and it is now exceeding that deadline. i understand i am not there client but i was not at fault in this accident. i please need this resolved 3 months is enough.
