My Vehicle was bumped by their client GRANT THRONTON in March 2012.All claims were processed and supportive documents were sent to Alexia Muller on behalf of the insured Mutual and Federal. Alexia has not been responding to my inquiries, until I went for legal advise and wrote them a letter of demand. They responded with a promise to pay in 7-10 days. When the 10 days elapsed, I phoned them and they told me that they have requested for the payment from their head office. An effort to engage a senior manager Howard Bell who said he was team leader for Alexia was met with frustration as he is not a good listener and kept on defending Alexia without giving me a hearing. Up to now I have not been paid and the final letter of demand hasbeen exceeded. Mutual and Federal is not been sensitive to the inconvenience I have been caused by their inefficient administration and their bureaucratic protocol.
