Very Bad Service A&G and TC Panel Beaters

Had a accident 12/Sept/2013 and after my car was handed over to A&G repair devision service feedback was just absoluteley bad, if i did not phone in then would have not had feedback, they did however after logging complaints helped me with Loan Car from Avis and it was Avis and their feedback that kept me up to date how long my car will be, not A&G and/or their panel beaters TC panelbeaters. after two and half months i now got my car back last week Monday, what a shock, car spray painted wrong colour, alignment totally out, steering loose, parts that assesor said he would fix not fixed now it is worse that before handing in and rubbers, hooter not working, radio not working, wires hanging out at the bottom, accesories taken out of my car, so much to mention (i have photos of before it went in and photos of car now) TC Panel beaters did follow up and i informed them after two and half months this is how i get my car back, siad i was taking it up with A&G they said they would also and to date have not heard a thing from either.
