My wife's Nissan Juke was in an accident on 22 Feb 2013.
23 Feb - case number was submitted to outsurance and courtesy car was given from Avis.
3 Mar - assessment was done.
14 Mar - confirmation of booking at G & J panel beaters.
We received a single message to say the vehicle is booked in. We had to continually phone and query the progress
2 May - We were told that there is still a safety belt outstanding and committed 17 May as the completion date.
11 May - Courtesy car was taken back to Avis as we were told they cannot extent the vehicle service any longer.
17 May - Phoned G & J Panel beaters to confirm if the part has arrived. We were told it would be delivered on 21 May.
22 May - We phoned again and we were told the part is not there and they cannot get hold of Nissan.
24 May - G & J Panel beaters told us there is no delivery date for the part and gave us a telephone number and order number for the part from Nissan

We have received no further information up to date and no one wants to explain how this could have happend. We moved from having a delivery date to no date and no answers.
Please can someone help!!!
