I logged a claim for my cellphone; I was then advised to make a payment for the excess amount which I did after waiting for days for someone to call me and inform me if would I need to pay an excess amount and how much would it be, till the day Collin called to ask when am I making the payment, suddenly without any notification about the required amount, the payment was done thesame day I was asked.proof of payment was sent to 'Collin Mokgalagadi who confirmed receipt of the proof of payment. Feedback was requested from Collin he advised that I will have feedback by close of business on the 28 November 2013, No feedback from him till today! I have contacted them and got through to Vusi/Hope Mphatheni who contacted the repairs centre;for a follow up. I think that this service is just ridiculous because the internet said it will take 2weeks for a claim, im disgusted with their service and I need a phone because I didn't pay insurance for nothing.funny when you people debit my account you have never ever had a payment returned back as unsuccessful from my bank account, however one has to be treated this way by that company and call centre agents.
