Pathetic service from C Surance

I put in a claim at the beginning of October 2013 for a damaged I phone and paid the excess of R150.00 a few weeks ago and emailed the consultant who advised me re the excess my proof if payment BUT I STILL DONT HAVE MY PHONE!!! Apparently they "couldn't find my proof of payment" even though I emailed it to the same consultant who requested it in the first place!!!
Absolutely useless and pathetic insurance with NO customer service whatsoever and NO client feedback, I am highly disgusted because they still can't even tell me when I'm getting my phone back! Do not take out insurance with this company, it's simply not worth the effort. Cell C: You should be ashamed of putting your name on this Company!!!
