Finrite: Pathetic and incompetent

I have just had about enough dealing with the incompetent Finrite/Pinnacle agents. Everytime I call, I have to hold for anything between 30 - 45 minutes and when the agent finaly picks up their phone, they are clueless and make me hold so they can speak to their manager, which is another 15 - 30 minutes of holding. I have dealt with 3 different agents (Innocentia, Patrick and Thabo) and each one had a different explanation regarding my insurance claim. After making 3 different payments because the explanation given initially was wrong and same thing with the second agent, providing wrong amounts and to this day I have not got any clue what the status of my claim is. In fact I would not be surprised to be told that I have to make yet another payment. Each time I have been requested to send proof of payment and each time I obliged and yet I receive no feedback or update regarding status of my claim. This level of service is just pathetic.
