Channel Life have been merrily deducting premiums from me for years. Now I want to find out details about the policy I have and perhaps adjust it, I can't. Their web page seems dead and doesn't open. [URL Removed] What to do?? One's lifestyle and requirements change - imagine if we had to claim!
For a company that's supposedly part of Sanlam, its not good enough.
