No Help!! Please cancel my policy

I have phoned channel life 20 times in the past couple of weeks to cancel my policy. When I phone them there is no track of my policy and no information of my policy on their system, but they keep on deducting money!!
Keeping my policy with a company like this creates big concerns when pay outs needs to take place - if you can't even source information on your personal details, how would you ever track the policy terms if you reach your payment date?
Week service, week feedback, week company!!
