I received a letter claiming that Channel life did not received my monthly premiums so my account has lapsed.

This is really disgusting, I always honour my debit orders, I haven't skipped any payments as my account always has money in it. I really believe that this is just a by Channel life to rip me off my monthly premiums of the past 5 years.

Channel Life you decided to lapse my account, NOW GIVE ME BACK ALL OF MY MONTHLY PREMIUMS.
