AFTER SENDING A QUERY ON 2/9/13 REGARDING A POLICY I TOOK OUT 12 YEARS AGO - I NEED SOME INFO ON THIS, I FOUND THAT THEY HAVE BEEN TAKEN OVER BY SANLAM - WHICH IS ALL FINE AND WELL (EVEN THOUGH NOT INFORMING ME). I SENT A REQUEST FOR SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME REGARDING MY POLICY. I GOT A RESPONSE SAYING THAT THIS WAS BEING ATTENDED TO BY CHANNEL LIFE CUSTOMER CARE (VIA SANLAM) - AND THIS WOULD BE SORTED BY 9/09/13. PRUDENCE FRANKLIN MAILED ME TO INFORM ME OF THIS AND TO SAY THAT IT WAS IN THE PROCESS OF BEING SORTED OUT... PLEASE!! ON THE 10/09/13 I SENT ANOTHER REQUEST TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON -- AND GET ANOTHER RESPONSE SAYING IT IS IN THE PROCESS AND WILL BE COMPLETED BY 18/09/13 -- WHAT A LOAD OF NONSENCE!!! DOES IT REALLY TAKE CHANNLE LIFE AND SANLAM THAT LONG TO GIVE FEEDBACK??? I AM UTTERLY DISGUSTED IN THE SERVICE.. AND WISH I WOULD TAKE BACK EVERY CENT I HAVE PAID IN THE LAST 12 YEARS!!! HERE IS TO HOPING BEING NAMED AND SHAMED AGAIN GETS SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME...
