I AM LIVERED WITH NEDBANK CARD THAT DEBITED MY BANKING ACCOUNT WITH R11000 WITHOUT EVEN NOTIFYING ME ABOUT IT. I WAS NOT CONTACTED TO ADVISE ME THAT THEY WILL BE TAKING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. I MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO PAY, AND YES I SKIPPED A MONTHS BUT THERE WAS PAYMENTS GOING TO NEDBANK. I HAVE NEVER EVER EXPERIENCED SOMETHING LIKE THIS, THEY COULD HAVE MADE ARRANGEMENTS THAT I PAY OFF THE ACCOUNT, BUT NOT DEBIT MY ACCOUNT WITH THE FULL OUTSTANDING. I NEED THIS MONEY REVERSED FROM NEDBANK WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT AS NO ONE CAN ASSIST ME, BUT RATHER TELLING ME THAT THEY CAN DO IT EVEN THOUGH I WAS NOT NOTIFIED ABOUT IT.
THIS WILL BE TAKEN UP WITH THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT IF I DO NOT GET THIS MONEY BACK. OR IF SOMEONE CAN MAKE ARRANGEMENTS THAT I PAY THIS OFF, I NEED MY MONEY BACK ASAP OR FURTHER ACTION WILL TAKE PLACE
