I have tried to resolve this issue now for almost 2 months with no answers or feedback.
I have paid my account American Express card via FNB on the 6th of November and again on the 12th of November, this amount for some reason is not reflecting in my account. I have been phoned on 3 times by 3 agant being extremly rude stating that i have not paid my account, i have explained the same story to them 3 times everytime they ask that i must email them the proof of payment and they will fix the problem, just to have another agent phoning me on the next week stating my account has not been paid. I have even send the proof of payments to [Email Removed] who still has not resolved the issue.
Then this morning i receive an sms stating that my account has not been paid and that i need to pay double???
What the!!!
I will be closing this account on the end of the month as i can not handle this bad service!!!
I will take my account to FNB atleast they resolve your issue.
