Settlement amount not reflecting

I settled my loan on the 07/03/2013, i called in this morning and still the amount is not reflecting, i sent through my proof of payment to [Email Removed] reference (8240441), i was told that it will take up till 7 days for the payment to be allocated to my loan account and for the account to be closed, i have always been doing payments via my internet banking and never did i have problems with payments not reflecting, im in the process of applying for a home loan and scared that this will affect my chances of qualifying. because the loan will still show a balance and that it is open and active, I NEED SOMEONE TO PLEASE SEND ME A SETTLEMENT LETTER STATING THAT THE LOAN HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL BEFORE END ON BUSINESS HOURS ON WEDNESDAY 13/03/2012
