Why won't they set up a debit order?

I have had a Discovery Card since I first became a Discovery Health member way back in 2004. From the word go I asked that they set up a debit order for the monthly payment but still today not one of their staff have managed to sort this out for me. I have been told, you have to go into an FNB branch to set this up, we cannot do it over the phone, someone will call you back to get your details etc etc.

Every single account I have is done via a debit order except Discovery Card and until this debit order is set up and all the late payment charges reversed, I am not paying this card. you have a responsibility to me to do as i ask and I have a responsibility to you to pay the monthly instalment. Well now lets see how long this takes to get resolved.
