When i try to do right

So I took out a loan with capitec, I unfortunately did not have employment shortly there after so I couldn't pay. I informed capitec- ok cool. I get a job and immediately go to make arrangements in the claremont cape town branch. We called the call centre and spoke to Taryn about rescheduling she said she would call me back (never happened) as a result MY ENTIRE salary was taken- I have no money for food, transport, nothing!! How can u take ALL my money? I was doingg good and am rewarded by not having a cent to my name and NO ONE willing to help? I'm disappointed
