Unable to think out of the box

I opened a bank acc with Capitec a few yrs ago and I have witnessed their growth in the banking industry..to a degree where I was proud to say I bank with Capitec. Sadly this all changed when I in a moment of need went to the Adderley Street branch and applied for a loan..The consultant who assisted me informed
me I qualify for R50K..i informed him I only need 4KThe consultant then advised me he needs to confirm my employment with my employee which I agreed to. They called Telkom`s directory service and requested my company`s ph number and telkom informed them that my company is not listed.

The consultant informed me that the loan cannot be approved if we are not listed with Telkom to which I replied that not everyone is listed with Telkom. I could not understand this as I have made a loan with Capitec a year ago and I worked for the same company and there was none of this hassle then.

I tried at a different branch the following day and was informed that headoffice would look into the matter.
Their HQ called our offices and spoke to my boss however they came back to me saying no I need to get the
company listed with Telkom if I want the loan

Really Capitec?.im off to FNB.
