Bank closes door on everyday clients!

We bank everyday, everyday!! Absa branch actually tells us what time we can come inside!! We deposit between 7 and 20 000 a day in change and they don't like the time it takes to count! Bearing in mind I've sift, sorted, bagged, elasticed for atleast 2 hrs prior to arrival - but they don't want to count!!

What bank that closes at 15:30 can tell you you have to be there no later than 15:00 for them to help you?? Was I the customer??
