Cancellation of a debit Orde

I phoned First for Woman Insurance company to cancel a policy that I had with them regarding dents and scratches and the insurance for the vehicle, as I had sold the vehicle and did not need it any longer. I spoke to Joslyn Pienaar who confirmed that it will be stopped and the March premium will not be deducted. I have realised that the amount for the dents and scratches premium was deducted from my account for the month of March 2013. I was then sent an e-mail for a survey in connection with my interaction with Joslyn Pienaar and I rated her very low as she seemed uninterested and was then called by a gentleman called Tshepo who was trying to convience me to stay on the insurance but I informed him I was not interested.
I need this matter to be resolved ASAP as I incurred bank charges for their incompetency.
