Withdrawing funds without authorisation

Im sick and tired of fnb withdrawing funds without phoning me to make any arrangement for a credit card that hasnt been used in over 4yrs, in this time interest has occured and now they want to charge me double the amount.fnb just withdraws any amount they feel like from my account without notifyingme and has put me in a critical financial difficulty.when i contact them they just transfer me from pillar to post with no direction or knowledge.if they had made proper arrangments with me to finalise a paymnet that would be stuck to but they just come and go as they please into my account and now im left with a massive problem
