Ain/hail damage

My houses roof was damaged on Thursday night in the hailstorm in Gauteng on Friday morning I lodged a claim with FNB insurance brokers, I forwarded two quotations to them for the repairs and was told in an e-mail that the underwriter (mutual and federal will contact me with a claim number, by end of business on Friday no one had contacted me back, aparently they have nobody on standby to deal with claims on weekends aparently it is going to rain in gauteng until Tuesday and the gaping hole in my ceiling is my problem until such time, they have after hours people to assist with geyser claims why not the effects of natural disasters? very poor indeed it seems as if poor service is becoming the order of the day from the worlds most innovative bank. The turn around time on complaints from FNB is 48 working hours so even if I do complain to them they will only get back to me on Monday in any case? No assessor has visited me yet eithe
