I cannot get refunded after i requested this from

December 2012 I decided to take an additional amount on my current loan, Tuesday 2012/12/18 a consultant from your Contact Centre assisted me with an electronic application. I advised the consultant at the time that i do have credit life insurance and that it should not be added to the new contract, he understood and assured me it wouldnt however i needed to remind the consultant at the branch upon signing the contract. Final contract was signed and specifically advised/reminded consultant that i do have credit life Insurance and i should not be debited for this.
To my suprise Jan 2013 my account was debited with credit life insurance and i cannot get refunded after i requested this from inception, please HELP!!!
