Unauthorised Debt transactions

I have a loan with FNB and the current monthly instalment is R2, 243.27 per month. 2 months ago I had an incidence where the bank debted my account numerous times for the loan without my authorisation, but after several phone calls it was refunded. Last month on the 29th they first took the R2, 243.27, then the same day the same amount, then the SAME day they took another R500.03 and the 4th of December they took R842.90, which was returned on the 5th December after i had to call them. I have been phoning them regarding the November transactions since the 2nd of December and to date nothing has been done, nor have i had anyone from the bank call me back regarding the issue, especially after i made so many calls reporting the issue.
