Standard bank - bad bad service

I went to menlyn forex on Monday this week, this now Friday. I completed the forms to pay 200 euros into an intalian account for an application to the italian consulate. The person confirmed that it would be done and they will email me the proof on Wednesday. So i made te appointment for Thursday with the embassy. I have tried to contact them as they have not done the payment. The call center was great - they answer and try to transfer me to the branch. however the branch never never answer the calls - the phone just rings.
can somebody answer their phones at menlyn please - how hey get 9/10 for service i would never know
