HORRIBLE SERVICE and CHARGES

I have had nothing but bad service from standard bank for the past 5 months. I can never get any assistance on their telephone banking lines and neither does anybody ever answer their phones in branch. I requested a reversal of a debit order on Monday 03/02/14 and was assured that the funds would be returned to my account and available the next day, there is NOTHING. It doesn't even reflect on my statement that I pulled. I ave tried to call the branch that I visited to have the request done and have been calling since 8 with no answer it just RINGS! When I withdrew cash over the counter I was charged R83. I will definately be taking my business elsewhere!!
