Changing procedures to suit himself

I am often doing Forex Payments and handing in the Applications for Forex payments at the Killarney Branch, who have been great. I was told that the Sandton Branch is the main branch though and that if I hand in the application there, it gets processed faster. I handed in some applications the other day and suddenly was told that Standard Bank Sandton is not allowed to issue photo copies of the document, which they do at the other branches, which they stamp and give to the client as proof and reference. I was told that that was the new procedure. Now I need to track those payments and have no refernce, I have had to phone around for about a week to try and figure out who these payments were made to... Poor planning I suppose on my side, but the people helping me at the Forex Department are all asking me where my copy of my application is and telling me that it is procedure to issue a stamped copy of the application. Can some one please tell the guy at the counter of the Standard Bank Branch at the Forex Desk?? I suppose it's just too much effort to photocopy these days! Why do they do it at other branches but he can't?? Thanks for making life difficult guy!
