Standard Bank is failing to resolve my querie

Please assist. I've made a transfer payment from my standard bank account 302281010 to my Husband VAF account 002050889 on the 05/07/2013 to pay the vehicle loan account. However the payment did not reflect on his vehicle account and he kept on receiving calls from consultants for outstanding fees. I emailed and explained how I made the payment and attached the proof of payment. Hoping they will help us solve this matter. He received a call today from Elizabeth Mkhwanazi letting us know that we were suppose to put 0001 at the end of this amount, so it went to another persons account number. She gave him Northcliff Branch contact numbers and told him to call the branch and ask them to help him. I called the call centre and was helped by Andile He gave an option to do a non refundable reverse transfer which cost R264.00 or drive my branch and tell my story. I then called Northcliff to get help the switchboard operator tried to put me through the service consultants. There was no answer. I am so disappointed with the way standard bank handles their queries. You get transferred from department to departments and stand long queues for queries to be resolved but still not helped
