Good day, my name is Claude, and i have been and still are working abroad for a while now, and i receive USD.since i started working abroad, myself and the bank, Standard Bank had an agreement regarding the transfer of my USD to ZAR, and this was done in writing.so this is been going from day 1, i usually phone the Forex office in Witbank and get a rate for my USD, when i phoned the Forex office Witbank on 4 April 2013, the team leader who i always talk to, told me that they do not do it at Witbank anymore, and i had to call Forex JHB, when i looked in my account my money were already transferred from USD to ZAR, without my permission, or any feedback or any reason.i did contact the team Leader at Forex JHB, and he said the instruction came through not to contact me regarding my money transfer, like i said per e-mail, and telephone conversations, i want to see the proof of who did give taht instruction.my instruction to the Bank still stands, that i will decide when to exchange my USD, and up to today every one just pass the buck, regarding who did give the instruction, and still nobody has an answer for me! is this the way Standard Bank is `` moving you forward`` by just doing what they like.
