Bank Account Debited after retrenchment

Good Day

I was retrenched in July this year. It was the most heartbreaking moment of my life as i am a single parent. Taking care of my 9 year old daughter by myself. I had a loan with africa bank. they had a retrenchment plan on my loan. i applied for the retrenchment plan and they told me that they would pay out for 3 months and if still i had no employment they would pay out the whole loan. I havent managed to find another job. But with the help of my fiance's little salary we are just managing. Without warning by phonecall or sms this morning they debited my account were my partners salary was deposited for our rent and mediacl aid. (I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 2008 therefore medical aid is neccessary and 1 of the reasons the loan was taken out as the medical aid didnt cover some costs of my operations to remove the cancer). This is so upsetting because that money they debitted was meant to be paid toward my rent so we have a roof over our heads. Do they not realise how insensitive they are being. At best they could have given me a call to remind me to resubnit claim forms instead they just debit the account. How do explain to my child that we may not have a house.
