I am angered, disgusted and totally appalled by this branch.

First it was a HUGE issue to get my card when I lost it in a very bad car accident. The card was actually in their branch but their consultant Chantelle told me it wasn't after she had a problem accepting my passport as proof of identification, she even went to the back to 'look' for my card and confirmed it was not there. Menlyn branch contacted me and confirmed my card was sent to the Menlyn square as I had arranged with them. Menlyn Square did contact me to apologies for the great inconvenience as I had explained to them I did not have a vehicle and could not walk much after my accident.

Now today I went back to withdraw money at the ATM and the ATM would not read my card, I tried both of their available ATM's. I then spoke to a lady whom took me to the tellers to try and do a cash withdrawal inside the branch. I specifically asked the person, how much would it charge to with draw inside, he continued to tell me he will let me know, after doing the whole transaction and giving me my money, he said it charged something like R46 to draw our R400.00.

Why the dam didn't the man tell me when I repeatedly asked him
