Loan after retrenchment

Good day,
My daughter HA Mienie ID 9010070055082 got a loan at Capitec. She was working at Gemtex and is recently retrenched. My daughter went to the bank with her first retrenchment letter and they told her she must go back to Gemtex and request correct retrenchment documents. My daughter struggle to get the correct papers from Gemtex but she did informed Capitec of all and finally received all the necessary documentation from Gemtex and took it to Capitec Bank. Now they refuse to assist her with her loan settlement. Could you please assist with this.
