Claim still not finalized - CKP1021138/2

I processed a claim with King Price Insurance for my car keys three weeks ago. The claims agent i spoke to Shaldon Harilal requested some info (Police case no. etc) from me to process the claim which i gladly provided on the very same day and since then there has been silence.

I keep making phone calls to find out how far my claim is and on top of not being able to get a hold of Shaldon, no one else in the department knows whats going on and cant assist me. I'm still stuck with a car that i'm unable to use because of their incompetent service. What if i had was in a serious accident and my car was a write-off, or if i were stranded someone and in need of emergency services?? Is this what i'm paying for every month? I would actually much rather be paying more with a professional insurance than have to deal with this nonsense.

I need this finalized and concluded as in yesterday!
