Little to no help offered after application

I applied on line for a loan and was told it had be accepted and that a consultant would contact me shortly to sort out the details. When no one called after 3 days I called the call centre and was told the consultant would get back to me. After 2 days of no calls I called again. I was told again that the consultant, Ruwain Barnes, would get back to me. I asked to speak to him and the agent said he was not available. I confirmed with the agent that they had the correct telephone number for me. I have been an ABSA client for 10 years now.
The agent said that they required a offer to purchase. I then contacted the person I was buying the Ski Boat from and told them the loan had been granted and that I just needed the offer to purchase. Once sent I had no confirmation again from ABSA asset finance that it had been received or what the outcome was.
I called again and Ruwain was not available. This was now 3 weeks from when I applied. After requesting to speak to a manager I finally was told that the application was dormant because of no communication from me. The application was opened again and I was then told it was unsuccessful. This is a huge waste of my time and embarrassing.
