No claim reference/call back or 3rd party claim

Hi there,

Mr Richard Morse (owner of Sherwood hardware store here in tokai cape town) bumped into my car vwca475-697 in may and I was notified as the car was in the parking lot when the accident happened. No one was in the car. I was asked first by mr Morse to get quotes from panel beaters of which I did then his broker Ms. yvette of (lyall Morgan and associates) submitted a claim for my 3rd party claim together with my documents I submitted. Up till now I have received no phone call as this was promised last week by Yvette as I am told everything for claims happens in joburg. Can you please find out what is happening to my claim as the accident happened in May already and please get back to me on my email address or call me?

I need that money so I can make repairs to my vehicle. I have asked the money to be paid direct into my bank account and provided the details and account numbers by documents to the broker.
