I moved my insurance over to FNB insurance brokers and was ASSURED i will recieve the best service possible! That all changed when Cindy decided to put incorrect bank details into the system and my premiums never went off. after numerous phone calls from "me" the client to them "my broker" my premium was debited on amount that we agreed on in the recordings. i put in a claim for lightning damage on the 14/11/2013 and was told my building premiums was not debited (not my fault) it took 3 days to have that sorted and i paid the service provider to repair my electric fence as it is a security risk and till now i am still waiting for the money to be paid back to me. i have been told the following: "Mr moosa you have no excesses and your premium is x amount.(i the clt had to provide dates and times of calls to their auditing department to validate which i am still waiting for), the money owed to me will be paid in 48hrs (22/11/2013 still nothing).i have requested to speak to a head of department/manager but i was told that i have to send an email to the complaints email address. the service and turn around time from FNB insurance brokers is pathetic. next stop facebook, twitter, ombudsman.
