Bad service

I took a policy with King Price and after receiving my policy documents i realised that there were spelling errors and i had few questions for the consultant. i tried calling their landline but they took forever to answer unitl i decided to send him an e-mail. all of this happened in september up until today those errors were not fixed and questons is still not aswered.
