I cannot describe the way I am disappointed with Standard Bank Insurance brokers, since January 2013 they have been debiting my account incorrectly and they cannot even refund you back immediately. I have never came across such any inconvenience. I thought after February they debited incorrectly they will solve the problem. My account has been debited again this Friday amount of R1064.32 I want to know why was this done, and yet my premium its R519.32 I need this money urgent and I am not prepared to wait for 3 days refund.
NB! If Standard Bank cannot handle my account properly please cancel my insurance and refund me my money please. I cannot keep complaining about same thing every month. I have been a Standard Bank customer all my life for them to treat me like this. What is the real problem here? Why cant they capture correct amount to be debited? Standard Bank will have to be responsible for interest that I need to pay on my rental as they charge me for not paying the whole amount.
