I called yesterday afternoon spoke to one of the most incompetent agents ever, had to repeat my details over 6 times after which he furnishes me with incorrect information telling me that my account is overdrawn. I try to access Netbank now as I need t utilize internet banking to no avail. why provide a service if you have who cannot give accurate and correct information and most importantly cannot access internet banking when you need to... Really peeps is the nedbanks elite service you provide... dont bother calling to freaking apologize or you will get a mouthful... provide the service you so proudly advertise...
